The 'Rewards Redemption' component will show a history of recent redemption transactions:
You may view individual transactions by clicking on the 'Action' button accessing the transaction's 'Redemption log':
You may also process pending redemptions by clicking on the 'Pending' button. After clicking on the 'Pending' button you may approve a redemption by ensuring it is checked and by clicking the 'Process All' button at the bottom of the page. Conversely, deselecting a transaction and processing will deny the redemption.
Use the ‘Filter results’ option in the upper left to narrow down the pending list by internal name, date range, or keywords in the notes column.
Use ‘Customize columns’ in the upper right to show or hide specific columns.
The second tab within the Rewards Redemption page will allow you to view transactions that were automatically processed, if set to do so.
Here you will be able to generate reports containing these records. Please ensure that your date range is correct when generating your CSV.
