This page displays a list of portal users.
- Select the Add User button to define a new user. The following page will have a list of user fields to specify. First name and Last name are for internal use only. User name and Password are what will be used to log in to the reporting portal.
- You may select which reporting portals a user can access from the Available portals tab. You can edit these fields at any time from the User Manager page by clicking on the name or the icon next to the user’s name. The Last Access column to the right of the user name displays the last time the user accessed the portal.
- To delete a user, select the “Delete” button to the far right of the user name.
- Manage Portals returns you to the Manage Portals function. Manage Portal Theme to go to the Theme Manager.
