The easiest method of inserting images into your community is to use the WYSIWYG editor’s Insert Image button located in the toolbar when editing your community page’s component. This will allow you to either link to or upload an image for use.
For responsive email communications, you can only include one banner image of a certain size. This is to ensure that your email is consistent in its presentation to all recipients. If you’d like to forego the responsive templates to allow images, you can instead create an HTML template within the Community Manager’s Email Templates page. This will allow you to insert image media into the template, but also in the Email Content Manager pages located under the Panel Functions menu.
